The  LIO standard plan of the Libertarian Club based on best practices and tools of the LPF/USLP strategic plan (plan/actual). Goals are for each community of 1 million inhabitants and should be adjusted accordingly. A sample of progress is at: http://lpfpinellas.wordpress.com/2004/08/16/intro-plan/

Please note that registereds (persons registered with the government as supporters) is no longer a reliable tracking measure of Libertarian interest, as 99% of people who vote Libertarian are from other groups. However, we encourage registration as a first step to activism. The goals are designed for low-cost but consistent volunteer efforts.
